The local rules are why you need a container. In Danville, construction and renovation debris is the property owner's responsibility - the city trash service won't haul it, and under Illinois EPA rules open burning of construction, demolition and roofing debris is flat-out prohibited, with Danville well inside a restricted area. Illinois routes several things away from the landfill. Everything else from a normal project goes in the box.
